In 2019, ALUGAL LLP passed voluntary certification in the international quality organization QUALICOAT in the coating architectural profiles with powder paints and received a license (7200 01.01.2020-31.12.2020) to use the QUALICOAT quality mark.
The QUALICOAT license is a documentary confirmation of the quality of powder coating that meets the international level.
QUALICOAT is an international non-commercial association that provides voluntary certification of painting companies and attestation of powder paints, coloring agents and chemicals. QUALICOAT defines a list of minimum requirements for the quality of coatings and equipment of the production factory (and its laboratory) in order to ensure the required level of product quality. QUALICOAT members are national associations from Europe, Australia, South Africa, the Middle East, Russia and China.
The casting site is equipped with a modern high-performance melting and casting complex and a set of furnaces for homogenizing aluminum cylindrical ingots.
The chemical composition of the alloy fully meets the requirements of GOST 22233.
The laboratory has a Foundry Mastercompact optical emission spectrometer for a comprehensive express analysis of the chemical composition of the alloy.
Windows and doors made of aluminum profiles without thermal inserts are called “cold”, since they almost instantly transfer thermal energy to a colder area (from the room to the street), causing heat loss.
For more effectively reducing heat loss, paired with thermal inserts, various fillers can be used for the space between the thermal inserts, such as foamed polyethylene and some types of construction foam.
Powder coating is applied to the surface of aluminum profiles on two automatic painting lines using electrostatic spraying in two ways: electrostatic spraying with particle charging in a coronal charge field and tribostatic spraying.
Technological control at all stages of production, careful quality control of materials and finished products allow us to obtain a high-quality aluminum profile that meets the requirements of GOST.
The production of aluminum profiles is carried out on automated pressing complexes with presses with a force of 1800 TF, 1560 TF and 1460 TF. The Scanfex system has been introduced for automated control of profile geometry.
In 2018, our company took part and took first place in the regional competition-exhibition “The Best Product of Kazakhstan” in the category “The Best Industrial Product”.
At the end of 2018, the company was awarded the Altyn Sapa Prize in the category “The Best Industrial Enterprise” in the republican competition for the Prize of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
